500 HOUR VACATION POLICY

After working 500 hours you will receive one day of vacation pay.  At a full time position it takes approximately 3 months to accumulate 500 hours.  This can occur up to 4 times during the first year of employment.  

REGULAR VACATION POLICY

After one year of employment you will be eligible for one week of paid vacation time.  At the end of the third full calendar year of continuous service, you will receive an additional week of vacation time for a total of two weeks of paid vacation time.  

INCENTIVE PROGRAMS

As a team member of KenJo Markets you will eligible to participate in numerous incentive programs designed to help you earn extra cash.  These programs range from individual compensation for outstanding performance on mystery shops to a company wide team oriented contest that compensates winners on both a monthly and yearly basis.

401 K PROGRAM 

KenJo Markets offers an outstanding 401 K plan to help you save for retirement.  The company currently matches your contributions dollar for dollar, up to 6% of your pay.

PERFORMANCE REVIEWS 

Your manager will conduct periodic performance reviews in order to communicate his/her assessment of your performance and what is expected of you in order to get pay raises in the future.  

ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES 

This company prefers to promote from within for vacant management positions;  therefore , there are tremendous opportunities for people who are interested in advancement into management.
